The Association would like to invite you and your members, to two very special technical training sessions. These sessions will be informative, with limited numbers of participants able to attend.

These sessions will be conducted by Grandmaster Oldham and Senior Members of the technical board. Covering several areas of the syllabus. Patterns, application of technique and training drills.
All training will be conducted following social distancing guidance and infection control measures will be followed.

The sessions will be separated
Session One
£15.00 (9:30am – 12:30pm)
Coloured Belts
Looking at all coloured belt patterns – with an explanation of movements and the application of techniques. Training drills and exercises.
Session Two
£15.00 (1:00pm – 4:00pm)
Blackbelts
Looking at 1st – 3rd degree patterns (Kwang-Gae – Choi Yong)
With an explanation of techniques and alternative uses. looking at the self defence pattern
